If a jean still has two legs but its deconstruction is such that it could be considered a short, is it still a trouser?
It is not a new trend. Far from it. In fact I can remember that in the early 90’s I went to work in New York with a great pair of jeans so ripped and shredded that my boss asked me if I needed extra money to buy a new pair. I reassured him that they were perfect just as is, thank you very much.
- Absolument charmante devant Park View Green.
- The trend is back but – as is often the case when the truly Fearless take control, it is a bit more extreme. Shreds are now replaced with… Nothing. It is almost philosophical. Can one be and not be there? Is a jean still a jean when all there is, is nothing?
Ahhh…
A bientôt
